The American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation invites you to submit your clinical and basic science research findings to be considered for inclusion in the 69th Annual Assembly, November 20-23, 2008 in San Diego, CA.
AAPM&R will be accepting abstract submissions for the 69th Annual Assembly online only. To submit your abstract, follow these steps.
1. Access the submission Web site at
AAPM&R has chosen a new submission site this year. Academy cdb_1_members have been uploaded to the new system. Your User ID is your e-mail address and your password is your last name. All new users must create an account on the left side menu.

2. You will be prompted to fill out your disclosure forms when you first log in. You may proceed through the account information steps to update all of your contact information, or simply skip to the disclosure form by clicking on "Step 5" on the left hand side of the screen. All authors will be required to login and complete their disclosure.
3. Please read the instruction page carefully before beginning submission.
4. Follow each of the steps carefully to submit the your abstract or case report.
Each abstract will be evaluated based on the components of the structured abstract. All abstracts selected for inclusion in the 69th Annual Assembly will be printed in the November 2008 Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
