　　2009 Call for Abstracts

　　Abstract Submissions Site Now Open

　　Submission deadline: Monday, March 2, 2009 at 5 pm CST

　　The American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation invites you to submit your clinical and basic science research findings to be considered for inclusion in the 70th Annual Assembly, October 22-25, 2009, in Austin, TX.

　　AAPM&R will be accepting abstract submissions for the 70th Annual Assembly online only. To submit your abstract, follow these steps.

　　1. Access the submission Web site at /.

　　2. Returning users from last year will have the same account information. Academy cdb_1_members who have not visited the site have been uploaded to the system. Your user ID is your e-mail address and your password is your last name. All new users must create an account on the left-side menu.

　　User ID: Your e-mail address

　　Password: Your last name

　　3. You will be prompted to fill out your disclosure forms when you first log in. You may proceed through the account information steps to update all of your contact information, or simply skip to the disclosure form by clicking on "Step 5" on the left-hand side of the screen.

　　4. Please read the instructions page carefully before beginning the submission process.

　　5. Follow each of the steps carefully to submit the session proposal.

　　Each abstract will be evaluated based on the components of the structured abstract. All abstracts selected for inclusion in the 70th Annual Assembly will be printed in the October 2009 edition of PM&R, the Academy’s new journal.
