关于举办中国-白俄罗斯体育保健康复学术论坛的通知
为深入贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，加强一带一路背景下中国、白俄罗斯两国在体育保健康复方面的交流合作，根据中国康复医学会 2023年度学术会议计划，定于2023年5月19日举办中国-白俄罗斯体育保健康复学术论坛（会议编码：XSHY2023-027）。本次会议采取线上线下结合的方式，将邀请中国、白俄罗斯的体育保健康复领域专家做学术报告。

中方致辞嘉宾
周军，首都体育学院运动科学与健康学院，教授。中国康复医学会理事，中国康复医学会体育保健康复专委会主任委员，北京保护健康协会养生健康专委会主任委员，中国老年学和老年医学学会老年病分会老年康复专家委员会副主任委员，中国老年学和老年医学运动健康科学分会常委，北京康复医学会理事。参与和主持国家、省部厅局级课题多项，发表专业学术论文60余篇。主要研究方向为运动损伤的康复与治疗、中医药防治运动疲劳等。

祝莉, 教授，原国家体育总局科研所副所长、中国体育科学学会第七届、第八届副理事长，现任中国体育科学学会常务理事、中国体育科学学会战略规划与实施办公室主任、中国体育科学学会期刊工作委员会主任委员、中国体育科学学会新闻发言人。主要研究方向体育管理、体育人文社会学。先后主持完成国家社科基金重点项目4项、参与完成国家社科基金重大项目5项，省部级项目5项。 在《体育科学》、《北京体育大学学报》、《上海体育学院学报》、《成都体育学院学报》、《武汉体育学院学报》、《广州体育学院学报》《体育与科学》、《体育文化导刊》等刊物共发表论文40多篇。
报告题目：体医融合背景下运动康复师能力水平认证推广与实施
张钧 博士（后），现任上海师范大学学科带头人、教授、博士生导师。研究领域为运动、营养与健康等。兼任国家自然基金项目评审专家、中国康复医学会体育保健康复专委会候任主委、中国营养学会“百名健康传播”专家、中国康复医学会营养与康复专委会副主委、中国营养学会运动营养分会副主委、中国康复医学会科普委员会常委、中国老年医学会运动健康分会常委、全国高等教育自学考试规范编制专家、美国管理技术大学特聘教授和博士生导师等。
报告题目：运动与阿尔兹海默症 --新进展和再认识
侯晓晖，医学博士，博士研究生导师。广州体育学院运动与健康学院三级教授，广东省运动与健康重点实验室副主任，运动医学康复中心主任，广东省普通高校国际合作创新平台-残疾人运动与健康促进国际协同创新中心负责人。2009-2010加拿大阿尔伯塔大学的访问学者，国家体育总局优秀中青年专业技术人才第二批培养对象。现兼任中国康复医学会体育保健专委会常委、中国体育科学学会运动医学分会委员、广东省康复医学会体育与运动康复分会会长。2016年教育部、中残联联合授予交通银行“特教园丁”奖，2019年获广东省三八红旗手。长期致力于运动医学、运动康复与适应体育相关研究。主持国家社科基金、广东省科技计划、广东省普通高校国际合作重大项目、广东省教育厅普通高校特色创新项目、广东省重点建设学科科研能力建设项目、残奥科技攻关、中国残疾人体育科研项目、中美双边国际合作项目等课题20余项。发表专业学术论文30余篇。主编教材及参编教材、专著10部。2020年获广东省教学成果奖一等奖（排名第一），2022年获广东省科技成果二等奖（排名第二）。

郭建军：博士，教授，首都体育学院体医融合创新中心博士生导师。研究方向：备战奥运会的竞技体育科技与高端医疗技术融合形成的体育医学对各种特殊体质人群进行个性化科学锻炼指导。曾长期在国家金牌运动队做科研教练。曾获国家体育总局备战奥运会体育科技突出贡献奖。 学会兼职： 中华预防医学会体育运动与健康分会主任委员。

Has more than 23 years of experience in scientific and pedagogical work. Since January 2000 to April 2013, she has worked in the laboratory of functional control in Scientific Research Institute of Physical Culture and Sports.
From 2013 to 2018, she was a Deputy Dean for educational and methodological work of the Faculty of Health-improving Physical Culture of Belarusian State University of Physical Culture. Since 2018, she has been working as an associate professor of the Department of Sports Medicine of the BSUFC. Lyubov Nikolaevna teaches such academic disciplines as «Sports medicine» and «Human life safety», supervises master's theses.
SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS:
Since 2000, she has been engaged in the scientific direction of studying the cardiorespiratory system of highly qualified athletes and the near reserve. Takes an active part in scientific and methodological conferences on the problems of sports medicine and rehabilitation, physical education and sports.
Participated and made presentations at national and international conferences, seminars and congresses in Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan. In 2007, the report was awarded the second place at the international conference in Lithuania.
